I have extensive experience with investor relations, commercial and M&A negotiations, property development, litigation, and technical discussions. Clients include government departments and CEOs of major Japanese and overseas corporations.
In the course of working at technical, academic, and legal conferences, I have interpreted for some notable individuals, including the former head of the joint staff of the Japanese military.
It is desirable for deposition testimony given in Japanese to be interpreted into precise and idiomatic English. I have interpreted in dozens of deposition proceedings regarding contract disputes, class actions, and intellectual property claims, both within Japan and overseas, and on behalf of both private litigants and the USITC.
